REHEARSAL SPACE
At
Eastbourne House Arts we have two large studios with wooden floors and
natural light, available for rent for rehearsals and workshops.
There’s a good working atmosphere, support from a friendly admin team, and convenient local amenities and public transport .
Current users include dance and theatre companies, opera and circus groups, as well as visual art and martial arts classes.

First floor
(1) 9x 15 metres plus 9 x 3 stage
wooden floor, high
ceiling, good natural light, central heating, toilets, kitchen,
shared entrance area
£12 per hour for rehearsal
£15 per hour for
workshops
Piano Hire (Top Floor)
The grand piano can be hired for:
£4 per hour
£25 per day

Cheques to be made payable to 'FWBO Arts London'
Once invoice received, 30% non-refundable, non-transferable
deposit needed to secure booking.
Full payment due 2 weeks before scheduled booking.
Changes or cancellations less
than 2 weeks before scheduled booking will result in having to pay
for whole
